Admission Rule & Regulation

The following terms and conditions for enrollment in Vaishali International School Simarwara, are as follows:

वैशाली इंटरनेशनल स्कूल सिमरवाड़ा, में नामंकन के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम एवं शर्ते हैं,जो इस प्रकार है

• 1. Cost of admission form, registration fee, admission fee and one month tuition fee will have to be given at the time of enrollment.
• नामांकन के समय एडमिशनफॉर्म, रजिस्ट्रेशन फी, एडमिशन फी एवं एक माह का ट्यूशन फी देना होगा !
• 2. The book, dress, van charge (if the children come from school van) will also have to be given at the time of admission.
• किताब ड्रेस वैन चार्ज (अगर बच्चे स्कूल वैन से आएंगे तो) ये भी देना होगा !
• 3. Other fees such as exam fee, school development fee, smart class fee, computer fee etc. will be payable as per school instructions.
• फी जैसे एग्जाम फी ,स्कूल डेवलपमेंट फी,स्मार्ट क्लास फी,कंप्यूटर फी आदि स्कूल के निर्देशानुसार देय होगा !
• 4. From the 25th of every month to the 5th of the next month, the school fee will have to be deposited in the school office.
• प्रतेक माह के 25 तारीख से लेकर अगले माह की 5 तारीख तक स्कूल फी स्कूल कार्यालय में जमा करनी होगी !
• 5. A late fine of Rs 50/- will be payable from 5th to 10th of each month.
• प्रत्येक माह के 5 तारीख से 10 तारीख तक 50/- रूपये विलम शुल्क देय होगा !
• 6. If you deposit the school fee from the 10th to the 5th of the next month, then the late fine of Rs.100 / -.will have to be added to the fee.
• यदि आप 10 तारीख से लेकर अगले माह की 5 तारीख तक अगर स्कूल फी जमा करते हैं तो विलम शुल्क 100/- रुo शुल्क में जोड़कर देना होगा !
• 7. If a parent does not deposit the school fee on time and the fee remains unpaid for 2 months, then their child may not be included in the examination for the third months, and also the child's name will be removed from the enrollment register in that case the admission fees will have to be paid again.
• यदि कोई अभिभावक स्कूल फी समय पर नहीं जमा करते हैं और 2 माह तक फी बकाया रह जाता है तो तीसरे माह होने वाले परीक्षा में उनके बच्चे सम्लित नहीं हो सकते हैं साथ ही साथ बच्चे का नाम नामंकन रजिस्टर से काट दिया जायेगा एवं फिर से रि-एडमिशन फी देना होगा !
• 8. The student should be sent to the school in the school uniform otherwise the child without the uniform will not get an entry in the school premises.
• विद्यार्थी को स्कूल यूनिफार्म में ही स्कूल भेजे अन्यथा बिना यूनिफार्म के बच्चे को स्कूल में एंट्री नहीं मिलेगी !
• 9. Check shoe, tie, belt, before sending the child for school.
• बच्चे को स्कूल के लिए तैयार करते समय शू, टाई, बेल्ट, चेक कर लें !
• 10. Before sending to school, check the water bottle, lunch box, hankie / handkerchief, book, copy, pencil, eraser, sharpener thoroughly in the school bag.
• स्कूल भेजने से पहले स्कूल बैग में वाटरबोतल लंचबॉक्स, हैं की/रुमाल किताब कॉपी, पेंसिल, इरेज़र,शार्पनर अच्छी तरह चेक कर लें !
• 11. Pay attention to cleanliness, must cut nails every week.
• सफाई पर पूरा ध्यान दें प्रत्येक सप्ताह नाख़ून अवश्य काटे !
• 12. Mask Gloves Sanitizer, must be there with the child keeping in mind Covid-90 guidelines.
• Covid -90 को ध्यान में रखते हुए बच्चे को मास्क ग्लव्स सनिटिज़ेर, अवश्य दें !
• 13. If your children are studying in another school, then it is mandatory to take the NOC& T.C from there at the time of admission.
• अगर आप के बच्चे किसी दूसरे स्कूल में पढ़ रहे हैं तो वहां से NOC और T.C. लेकर एडमिशन के समय देना अनिवार्य है !
• 14. Make sure that your child does not have any due fees of any kind in any other school.
• आप इस बात को सुनिश्चित करें कि आप के बच्चे का किसी भी प्रकार का कोई शुल्क किसी दूसरे स्कूल में बाकि नहीं है !
• 15. If your child's fee is found outstanding in another school, then immediately your child's name will be removed from here and no fees of enrollment, book, dresses etc. will be refunded.
• अगर किसी दूसरे स्कूल में आप के बच्चे का फी बकाया पाया गया तो तत्काल आप के बच्चे का नाम यहाँ से काट दिया जायेगा और किसी भी प्रकार का शुल्क जैसे नामांकन, किताब, ड्रेसअदि) लौटाया नहीं जायेगा !
• 16. You are advised tosubmit the full fee of that school first and then only the enrollment process in my school will be completed.
• आप को सलाह दी जाएगी कि आप पहले उस स्कूल का पूरा शुल्क जमा करें तभी मेरे स्कूल में नामांकन कि प्रकिर्या पूरी होगी !
